I believe its either a new Herbal Essence thing, however it's really easy to find. I've used it myself and its right near the hair dyes... usually however it will be over next to it with other highlighting products.

nope but dont do it. you have a HIGH possibilty of screwing your hair for a long time or frying which takes a LONG time to get done. save up for the proffesionals

If that's the case, don't use it. Run for your life. Every time I've used it, or heard of anyone using it, it was always with a bad result. And their Customer Service sucks, and the CSR chewed me out for wanting to look different than I naturally am... I didn't bother calling back because I was busy, but now? I'd like to ream the chic and tell her supervisor.
