Try Johnson's detangling spray to detangle the hair after washing it, and then spray in some L'oreal anti-frizz spray and brush it through the hair. That should do it ^^.

Frizz serum can help. You can find it at drugstores or places like WalMart. Beware of the cheapest brands, they don't always work.

Rub some olive oil into your hair and wrap in a warm towel prior to shampooing will add moisture and lustre to frizzy hair

You can use normal hair conditioner on My Little Pony hair. Wet the hair, taking care not to get any inside the pony (getting water in the top of the tail can lead to tail rust and water trapped inside ponies can cause mould to develop). Apply conditioner to the hair and smooth it through, comb it gently and rinse the hair, then leave it to dry naturally and comb it through when it's dry.
