My hair breaks so easily...what can stop it?

even if i just comb it, theres so many hairs on the floor and im tired of sweeping them all the time! please...anybody can help my hair????

Your hair naturally sheds at least 100 hairs a day. If there is suddenly a lot more, then you should go to your doctor with your concerns because it may be a more serious problem. But if it is the same amount all the time, maybe you need to change your shampoo and conditioner. I would go get a nice trim, and use a moisturizing shampoo with a deep conditioner. Also if you use a lot of heat treatments, it damages your hair the more often you use it.

get trimiming done treat ur hair healthily with proper oilin shampooin and conditioning--use anti breakage shapoos dan doesnt dry ur--and dont forget to apply serum--also i have taken homeopathy tablets(they r sweet ones) it works for hair fall go to the nearest doctor for this---also go for hair massage--if u oil ur hair dont leave it overnight it results in too soft hair and hence breakage---dont worry ur hair will be all ok if u folow my tips--take care

It is normal to lose hair. Do you wear your hair up a lot? If you tie your hair back...it can't fall out throughout the day....so it seems like a lot when you let it down.

If you wait too long between hair cuts, the splits end will break off constantly....it is a good idea to keep up on your cuts so that you will not have so much breakage. Even if you can only afford to get your cut every 4 months or so.....it will make a huge difference.

Also, you could try to take some pre-natal vitamins....they help build strength in your hair and nails.

Go into a hairdressing salon and ask what shampoo they recommend for your hair. The salon shampoo costs a lot to buy but it is actually cheaper, a bottle will last me about 4 months where as the supermarket bottle lasts about 2 weeks. You wont believe the difference in your hair with quality shampoo.
